At BelleThread, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund process for eligible items. Please review the following policy details carefully.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-refundable unless faulty: Swimwear (with hygiene liner removed), bodysuits, and pierced earrings.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are exempt from being refunded:
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
How to Initiate a Return for Refund
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the return period. Please include your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, and include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 5-7 business days after the package arrives at our facility.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed automatically to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account, usually within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, please initiate a return for a refund as described above and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product/issue. We will cover the return shipping costs and expedite a full refund or replacement for you.
