At BelleThread, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund policy for eligible items.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • In its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate apparel must be returned with the original hygienic liner intact and unremoved. Final sale items, as marked on the product page, are not eligible for return or refund.

The Return Process

  1. Initiate your return by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for your return.
  3. Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to the provided return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. In the case of a return due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping and refund any original shipping charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund for the affected item.
