We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations & Timelines

We ship internationally. Delivery times for Standard Shipping begin after the order processing period and vary by destination:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5-10 business days.
  • International: 10-20 business days.

Please note these are estimates, and delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your items. There is currently no minimum purchase amount for free shipping. The final shipping fee will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order's journey using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. For the most accurate delivery status, please refer to the carrier's website directly.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. BelleThread is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority. We are unable to estimate these fees in advance.
