The BelleThread name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BelleThread or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BelleThread. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Conditions for Returns & Refunds:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Final sale items, swimwear (for hygiene reasons, unless defective), and accessories with broken seals are not eligible for return.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
